SportBrennstoff™ takes a particularly differentiated approach to its carb strategy, which combines different types of carbohydrates in a targeted way to ensure optimal energy supply depending on the load and training goal.
Three types of carbohydrates
SportBrennstoff relies on a mixture of slow, medium-fast and fast carbohydrates.
A. The "Slow-Carb Strategy" is particularly recommended for the basic level, where the focus is on fat metabolism and a continuous, even energy supply.
B. For more intense exertion, medium- and fast-available carbohydrates are used to meet the increased energy demand directly and efficiently.
C. Different carbohydrate sources or targeted combinations are used for each product, which are thus optimally tailored to the purpose.

All products are manufactured with sustainability in mind. We produce our sports nutrition exclusively in Germany, which allows us to keep our transport routes particularly short. Our product and shipping packaging are integrated into the DER GRÜNE PUNKT (Green Dot) system and are recycled. We always ship using the GOGREEN option, which is subject to a fee. We cover the costs as a company. With our partner company SIE KAM SAH UND SÄTE!, we regularly plant fruit trees and maintain green spaces in our region.
