Shipping policy
For purchases over EUR 60.00 after discounts, shipping is free within Germany and Austria. Above this amount, we cover the shipping costs for you. Shipping is generally insured and includes a tracking code. This way, you'll always be up to date on the status of your shipment and can prepare for receipt.
The following shipping rates are currently valid:
- Germany EUR 4.99 flat rate, free shipping for orders over EUR 60
- Austria EUR 12.90 flat rate, free shipping for orders over EUR 60
- Switzerland EUR 12.90 flat rate, free shipping for orders over EUR 60 (Custom and Taxes included)
Possible complaints
The satisfaction of our customers is particularly important to us. There can be various reasons for a possible complaint about our products.
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are nutritional supplements, i.e. food, we generally do not take back opened packaging.
The ingredients in our products GRUNDLAGE, BELASTUNG and WETTKAMPF do not contain any artificial flavors or preservatives. We have only used citric acid (E330) as an acidifier. If you have an allergy or intolerance to this substance and find that you react to it, you can also complain about opened packaging. Please write us an email to the email address provided in the CONTACT section. We will then get in touch with you immediately.
Before you send a product back to us, please always CONTACT us so that we can coordinate the process with you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without an identifiable or understandable reason and will not refund the purchase price for them.
Reduced or discounted goods or purchases made using a voucher are generally excluded from returns and refunds. Returns or refunds can only be made for goods that have been proven to have been purchased via the online shop. Purchases from a certified retailer can only be complained about on site.
Refund
We can only issue a refund once the return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether we have to approve the refund or unfortunately reject it (with a comprehensible reason).
Once the refund has been approved, the refund will be initiated and the credit will usually be made using the same method as the original purchase price payment. Please allow us a few days for this to be processed.
Delayed or missing refund
If you have not received a refund after a few days, please check the correct payment method and possibly a current statement from your credit card or PayPal in addition to a bank statement.
Please only contact us at the email address provided if you have already contacted your relevant payment institution and have not been successful so far. Thank you for your understanding.
Reduced products and promotions
Refunds can only be made if the goods were verifiably purchased at the RRP (regular price without discount or voucher) in our online shop. For this purpose, we require an invoice from you.
Exchange
We are happy to exchange one product for another. If you request an exchange that is not related to a defect or damage for which we are responsible, we will only exchange the product and refund the shipping costs.
Revocation
Right of withdrawal for consumers
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within one month without giving any reason. The cancellation period is one month from the day,
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single item;
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered for regular delivery over a specified period of time as part of an order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ingolf Zschockelt, SportBrennstoff, Ginsterweg 13, 61239 Ober-Mörlen, Germany, Mobile: +49 (0)171 8471931, info@sportbrennstoff.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by using a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Grounds for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
– for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
– for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by you and will not be reimbursed by us. If you receive a refund and the return was made using a return slip at our expense, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your place of residence/delivery location, the duration of an exchange shipment may vary. Please understand this.
We generally use a tariff for our shipments that allows us to track the shipment and also includes insurance. We will inform you accordingly.
